Design process
1
For different types of tasks, there are different approaches to their implementation. However, they all start with the first acquaintance. Initially, I want to understand why this task appeared. There is a big difference between a problem that someone just came up with and the need to solve a real problem.
First acquaintance
2
After identifying pain points, the most important thing for me is to define goals. This is quite a nice and very popular phrase among many designers. But, first of all, the goal must be measurable. It is very important to determine what exactly is the indicator of success. How the problem can be considered solved. If the goal is abstract, then the result will be corresponding.
Defining goals, determining metrics
3
After determining the goal and the reasons for its occurrence, I proceed to create hypotheses on how this problem can be solved. Some of them may arise already at the first meeting. Some arise during immersion in the project.
Creation of hypotheses
4
If fundamentally new hypotheses have not arisen, then I proceed to prototyping. This is the first step when we can start testing our hypotheses. Depending on the task, the prototype can be low-fidelity or high-fidelity.
Prototyping

I am designing a project based on an existing corporate identity. If it's missing I can create a corporate identity from scratch. In creating UI components, I am guided by the principles of consistency. UI components will be the basis of the future design system.
